- We use a software program called Yardi that is designed for property management.

- Davidson Realty, Inc. has at its disposal, a highly-trained maintenance staff that can usually perform most maintenance tasks necessary for your property. We also have established relationships with vendors that we utilize as needed for plumbing, heating/ac, rooter service, appliance repairs, etc.
- 24-hour emergency maintenance line. If a major maintenance problem happens, or an issue needing immediate attention happens at your property, we are on call during evenings and weekends
- If your buildings require city business licenses or ever need inspections, we will meet with the city inspector and coordinate any compliance issues. We maintain a "good landlord" certificate
