  3. Itemized monthly statements, maintain books of accounts and disbursements incurred in the management of your property
    • Can pay any monthly utilities as you direct
    • We use a software program called Yardi that is designed for property management.
    • Provide monthly and year-end statements for tax purposes
  4. Analyze current rental market monthly to optimize your cash flow
  5. Davidson Realty, Inc. has at its disposal, a highly-trained maintenance staff that can usually perform most maintenance tasks necessary for your property. We also have established relationships with vendors that we utilize as needed for plumbing, heating/ac, rooter service, appliance repairs, etc.
  6. 24-hour emergency maintenance line. If a major maintenance problem happens, or an issue needing immediate attention happens at your property, we are on call during evenings and weekends
  7. If your buildings require city business licenses or ever need inspections, we will meet with the city inspector and coordinate any compliance issues. We maintain a "good landlord" certificate
